The starting point

When we began working together in 2022, this Istanbul dental clinic was already one of the stronger players in the French market — around 80 international patients a month, a website drawing roughly 30,000 monthly visits, and an 8-person sales team answering enquiries in French. Growth had plateaued: paid spend was rising faster than bookings, and the team was at capacity.

What DGS operated

We took over the full funnel. On the acquisition side, a French-language medical content and SEO engine was built around treatment intent — implants, veneers, full-mouth restorations — supported by restructured paid campaigns. On the sales side, we rebuilt the desk on our CRM and telesales playbook, then scaled it in stages from 8 to 40 native French-speaking agents, with call scoring, follow-up cadences and speed-to-lead targets enforced daily.

The results

Monthly site traffic grew from 30,000 to over 250,000 visits, and — more importantly — booked treatments tripled from 80 to 240 patients a month. The partnership has run continuously since 2022, with the clinic’s French line now operating as a predictable, forecastable revenue engine rather than a lead lottery.
